TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
Composed of qualified engineers and specialists, our technical department is able to provide full project management services, starting from the design phase with cutting-edge calculation and design software, up to the coordination of works in the workshop/on the construction site.

- AutoCAD 2D/3D
- AutoCAD Plant 3D For 3D plant modeling
- Inventor For 3D modeling of mechanical components, assemblies, structures, piping, etc.
- PRO_SAP For engineering design of structures, steelwork and clamping
- NextGen For engineering design of pressure vessels and heat exchangers
SPECIALIST WORKSHOP
Within our area, which measures a total of 10,000 square metres, 3,000 of which are covered, we have machinery for:
- cutting (sheet metal, pipes and metal profiles of various kinds)
- welding (TIG, electrode, wire, automatic orbital)
- sheet metal bending
- calendering
- bending of different kinds of profiles
- turning of mechanical parts
- three 10-tonne overhead cranes for internal handling
The workshop area is divided into three distinct zones: a stainless steel processing area, an iron processing area and a compartmentalised area equipped with a vertical automated warehouse for material handling.
Inside, we manufacture structural steelwork for different industries including food, pressure equipment, and custom plants of various kinds, always looking to the future and to innovation through continuous investments in cutting-edge technological instrumentation and in the training of specialised staff.
CONSTRUCTION SITE
MM Construction’s specialised teams, used to working both in Italy and abroad, are made up of professionals and experts who, thanks to the skills acquired in the field and to continuous training, can:
- provide assistance and advice in erection and installation activities
- manage and schedule maintenance throughout the year
- ensure a qualified and continuous service to our customers
The site crews are equipped with handling and lifting machinery, such as:
- 1x 30-tonne ORMIG crane truck
- 1x MANITOU MRT 3255 rotating telehandler
- 1x MERLO ROTO 45.21 rotating telehandler
- HAULOTTE scissor lift and boom lifts
- forklifts
Site crews are also equipped to build large on-site tanks through special stations for automatic sheet metal alignment and welding.
